The operator handbook

How the OnlyFans and Telegram management business actually works

OFM stands for OnlyFans management. It is the trade of running a creator account on someone else's behalf.

The creator sells subscriptions and paid media. Somebody else does the posting, the direct messages, the pricing and the promotion.

That somebody is an agency, a manager, a rota of chatters, a piece of software, or some mix of the four.

Everybody in the chain is paid out of one pot: what fans spend, after the platform takes its cut.

None of it is licensed, none of it is regulated as an industry, and almost none of it is published. That is why this handbook exists.

How to read the numbers here

Five rules apply to every page of this handbook. They are the reason a figure is printed, or left out.

Every figure carries a link to the page it came from and the date that page was read. If a number has no public source, it is not printed, and the gap is named instead.

Figures published by a company about its own product are labelled as claims by that company, never as measurements. Where a vendor publishes two figures that disagree, both are shown.

There are no reviews here, no star ratings, no testimonials, no tests, and no invented people. Tools are described from their public pages, quoted and dated.

Platform rules are quoted, not summarised. What OnlyFans and Telegram publish is often not what the industry repeats: chapter 5 puts the texts side by side.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Official pages are linked so you can read the source yourself and take advice from someone qualified in your country.
